By purchasing the discount card, YOU agree to abide with all the rules and restrictions set out by the golf courses. Please check with individual golf courses regarding validity of “online” bookings. Most golf courses accept phone bookings only. Golf Course offers are subject to change (without notice) at the discretion of Courses. Please check with golf courses regarding dress code requirements.
The validation (punching or marking) of your membership card is solely at the discretion of the golf course.

Discount Golf Card Membership Limitation of Liability and Indemnity:
By participating in the Discount Golf Program (the “Program”), you hereby fully, unconditionally and irrevocably release, forever discharge and hereby indemnify Sportsnet 650, 680 CJOB, Power97, its parent companies including but not limited to Rogers Communications Inc., Corus Entertainment Inc., each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, assignees, licensees, and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Indemnified”) from and against any and all liability, claims, actions, costs, liabilities, judgments, damages, obligations, losses, penalties and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements) of any kind and nature, arising from the participation in the Program by you or any person who holds and uses the Discount Golf Card program membership card (“the “Member”), and/or arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any warranty, representation, or other obligation of Fairway Tournaments Inc. in connection with the Program, and participating golf courses.
This limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all liability of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. Discount Golf Cards are non-transferable and cannot be replaced if claimed lost or stolen; however, the lost or stolen card can be re-issued at the price originally purchased. Negotiated refunds may be available within 7 days of purchase by calling Fairway Tournaments Inc. at 1-888-819-3448.
Discount Golf Card Shipping Policy:
Discount Golf Cards are shipped (mailed) via Canada Post, a Shipping Email notice will be sent once processed . Vancouver Orders can take 3-5 Business Days to arrive. Winnipeg Orders can take 5-10 Business Days to arrive. These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery. Xpresspost™ may be available for your order for an additional charge – email for details. Fairway Tournaments Inc. is not responsible for Postal Delays.
